How we work…
Our Process for building quality pools starts with in home estimates. We survey the proposed pool area, discuss design options and create a plan that fits your budget and dreams. From there we begin a very simple 7 Step Process, which includes obtaining building permits at your city building department and finally ending with a completed pool and pool area.
- Pool Layout – Form the pool design on your property
- Pool Excavation
- Steel Structural Installation – city inspection of steel & light niche grounding
- Gunite Process
- Installation of Coping & Tile
- Underground rough electrical & plumbing lines – inspection of rough electrical
- Completed Pool – backfill & grading for deck installation, deck installation, installation of pool equipment (pump, filter, heater etc.), electrical hook up and connections, installation of pool finish (Marcite), fill pool & apply chemicals and first time balance start up, give instructions of pool and pool equipment, final inspections of electrical, plumbing and building.
