Our Process
Our Process for building quality pools starts with in home estimates. We survey the proposed pool area, discuss design options and create a plan that fits your budget and dreams. From there we begin a very simple 7 Step Process, which includes obtaining building permits at your city building department and finally ending with a completed pool and pool area.
1. Pool Layout – Form the pool design on your property
2. Pool Excavation
3. Steel Structural Installation – city inspection of steel & light niche grounding
4. Gunite Process
5. Installation of Coping & Tile
6. Underground rough electrical & plumbing lines – inspection of rough electrical
7. Completed Pool – backfill & grading for deck installation, deck installation, installation of pool equipment (pump, filter, heater etc.), electrical hook up and connections, installation of pool finish (Marcite), fill pool & apply chemicals and first time balance start up, give instructions of pool and pool equipment, final inspections of electrical, plumbing and building.
